Curator’s Note

These compositions for piano solo and duo are early works, created under the influence of American and Canadian minimalists, Cage and pop music. After my reemergence in 2020, I decided to present this program as part of my Arraymusic residency, as this music relates directly to my recent pieces written for the Array Ensemble. I’m thrilled to have the adventurous and multi-talented junctQín keyboard collective performing in this all-world-premieres concert.
